None Feeders Sold: Full line of feeder insects & rodents. Small and large crickets, mealworms, superworms, live hopper and adult mice, live rats sized small to jumbo, all sizes frozen mice and rats, and frozen rabbits. We also carry frozen fish food. Scheduled Adoptions: No adoptions are regularly held at this location. Although we do refer people to Poodle Rescue which has their available dogs kenneled only three blocks away. Non-profit groups this store works with: Poodle Club of Tulsa - Poodle Rescue Tulsa Public Schools - Remington Elementary classroom pets program and outdoor classroom program
About Our Location
The 26th & South Harvard location was the second Southern Agriculture store opened. Located alongside several other landmark local businesses in the vintage Harvard Village shopping center, this store provides an extensive selection in a neighborhood setting. Customers are welcome to bring their pets with them and can expect personal service from the experienced staff!
With Immediate access to the Broken Arrow Expressway, the Harvard location is convenient to much of the Tulsa metro area. Open 9:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday through Saturday and 11:00am to 5:00 pm on Sunday, this store allows quick access to a wide variety of products for all kinds of animals.
Manager: Manager Felicia Russell has been with Southern Agriculture since 1996. She has many years of experience with a wide variety of animals, both large and small. Her present interests include establishing an area ACBA cavy club with fellow guinea pig fanciers, breeding lovebirds, and keeping an assortment of large lizards. She is a member of both the national and regional chapters of the Audubon Society and the Nature Conservancy.
Assistant Manager: Assistant Manager Joe Waeger has over a dozen years' experience in the retail pet supply field, more than eight of which are with Southern Agriculture. His particular specialty is reptiles, especially snakes, and he maintains an extensive collection of both common and unusual species. Joe is an active member of the Tulsa Herpetological Club and participates in reptile educational presentations and demonstrations. He is also an accomplished photographer and amateur naturalist.
